The story was specially written for Flanagan's Dutch fans, so that is the only language that it has been printed in as a separate novel. However, it was later included at the end of English copies of "The Caldera", the seventh book in "The Brotherband Chronicles", and it is available as an ebook on Apple Books and Booktopia (although I admit I'm not sure if that is only in Australia or international).
