I love vulnerable heroes and having one that is mute is different. Since so much of story is usually shown through dialogue, did you encounter any difficulties writing without the usual ease of verbal banter and other spoken communication?

Oh, yes! I've decided that Apollo is the LAST mute hero/heroine I'll be writing. ;-) It was a challenge writing dialogue that was actually WRITTEN, but I do like a challenge.
