How do you get inspired to write?

Leo Barron I've always wanted to write. I started writing horror stories when I was in 5th Grade. Granted, I'm no Stephen King so eventually I moved onto other genres. Around the same time, I developed a love and a passion for military history. I majored in history in college and in graduate school. In fact, my love of military history led me to join the greatest army on the planet - The United States Army. I served as an infantry soldier and later as an infantry officer and then as a military intelligence officer. During my time as an officer, I started to write articles, which later ended up in such periodicals as WWII Magazine. The rest, as they say, is history. Thank you again! Hope you enjoy the books!
