I do not know whether the book is Own Voices or not. There are no LGBT+ relationships depicted. There is brief and repetitive teasing about a male character that has a crush on another male character. That's it. Readers may potentially interpret a sentence or two indicating queer female desire but it is not at all definitive. No character identifies as queer and both protagonists enjoy cis heterosexual privilege.
