Are we supposed to like or dislike Lena Adams? I know the character has issues(?), but I've always had more time for her than Sara Linton, who appears in the Grant County books alongside her?

Ma…moreI think the beauty of these novels is that each character is heavily flawed but also has people who care about them and love them for who they are. Many people hate Sara cuz she's a know-it-all but her family/jeffrey/will like her. Everyone hates Lena but not Jared. So they're a lot more 3-D than most other books/characters so I'm not surprised some people like/hate certain characters in different ways.(less)
