So we all know Matthias dies, but am I the only one confused as to why Nina couldn't save his life? The entire story, people were being revived from death all the time using magic and extraordinary powers. Nina saved Inej in the first book after she was stabbed, and she brought back all those people from the graves, so how come Matthias died from a regular old gunshot wound??
