I …moreIt is definitely more memoir than textbook. I think someone who likes plants, Native American culture, ecology, and history will really enjoy this. I could see myself liking this in high school, for instance! She does talk about motherhood, so those passages would likely resonate more with adults. Nonetheless, I think an engaged HS student could enjoy this :) (less)
