Hey folks, this book isn't out yet! Why is Goodreads publishing all these reviews from people who aren't paying attention -- who are actually trying to review the first book in the series, not the second??

You are only asked to give an honest review and maybe put the same review on Amazon, Waterstones etc when they are actually published. There is no need to only give excellent reviews, just honest reviews are asked for. I use Netgalley and you don’t get every book you request, but still have had advanced free copies of many great books. This one by Richard is one of the best! (less)
