How do you get inspired to write?

Selisa Lyn Johnson I just start with the first sentence. I never know what a book is going to be about until I finish it. Sometimes the words come easy and I’m able to finish a book fast. Other times I have to struggle to find a character’s voice and I just want to give up in frustration. I love writing so much and it’s like it’s a part of me. Every day when I wake up I think about what I’m going to write next and I keep a pad and pen by my bed because sometimes I think of stuff in my sleep to write about.
