In a previous Butcher's Boy book, I don't remember which one because I just binged them all in preparation to read Eddie's Boy, Eddie dies of a heart attack. There's a whole flashback scene about it. Anyone else catch that change?

Lenore pointed out several besides Eddie's death and I also noticed that the BB was again using an alias he said he would have to trash forever in a previous book. I found the rewriting of previously established history really took me out of story. (less)
