Do you write at a set time each day or when the mood strikes?

J.C. Seal Hi Stefanie. I wish I could schedule writing and give myself an allotted time every day. Sadly, I didn’t get to that point yet, so I grab every possible minute in between work, family and household chores to jot down notes on my phone. Then I start to write in the evenings and way into the nighttime hours when it’s quiet all around. It’s easier to hear my characters talking when there’s no distractions. If you’d ask my beta readers and editor, they could probably point out the passages I wrote in the evening, compared to those I tried to get down during the day 🤣. Lots more errors in those 🤷‍♀️
