I honestly don't think there needs to be sequel to understand this book.
What happens to the doll store?---
Susan now has her parents back,so she doesn't need to live by her own.She'll now live with her parents.
Does Caymen's mother and Xander form a relationship?--
Yeah. Cause in the hospital Susan said to Caymen that she has an apology to make to Xander.
Does Caymen and her grandparents form a relationship?--
Yes,I'm sure they will.Because when Susan was in the hospital they were living with Caymen,which means Caymen has forgiven them and her grandparents told how sweet she was so I don't think there's a chance that they wont.
What does Caymen decide to do for her life?--
She'll go to UNLV, or maybe some other college (but probably UNLV) and do major in science (CRIME INVESTIGATION).And live with her grandparents and be the girlfriend of Xander Spence.
Does Xander take after his father?--
Yeah,Cause Xander's really good in many fields so he'll take over his family business (i.e.The Road's End Hotel).
Does Caymen meet her dad?--
No,she won't.Because now that she has her mom,her grandparents and Xander ,she wouldn't do it.
Will Susan live?--
Yeah,she will.The Doctor said it was a treatable condition,so yeah,she will live.

There is a sequel called On the fence, but it doesn't really answer your questions like Daphne said, "It has caymen and her friend in the book, but it has it's own story to tell." also I think Zainab's answer's to your questions are very helpful though don't you think?

There's no sequel but Kasie West published an extended scene of Caymen and Xander.

the doll store is fine caymens grandparents helped out. They all form a relasionship together. Caymen decides to be a scientist. Caymen doesn't meet her dad.

In the book One the Fence they show a little bit of what had happened in the end. Caymen's mom ends up selling the store and they switch to an online store.

I thought the same exact thing...! But sadly, there isn't! However, I so badly wanted one and I went online searching for an epilogue or something and I ended up finding a fan who wrote a couple chapters to it. Of course, it wasn't as good as Kasie West's writing but hey, something's bettter than nothing, right?! ;) I'm not sure West had the same ending in mind though.

I think there is a secret sequel in her other books but with other characters if you think about it.
