Thank you! I'm glad you were happy to find a big family similar to your own within the pages of MLND.

I've always been fascinated by big families--the dynamics, the shifting loyalties, the overall teamwork. As a child, I desperately wanted to belong to one and pretty much every story I wrote early on featured at least one big family. And now, relatively speaking, I guess I have one with my own children. I just so enjoy writing about the interplay of personalities and how everyone maintains their individuality while being part of the group.
