In fact I did not read the books until my Sophomore year of high school, I am currently a Freshman in college. I knew most of what was going to happen but the thing is the books are so much more detailed that you really don't know what is going to happen. The characters are seen so much more that if they die you may actually cry, I know I did even when I knew what was going to happen in an entire chapter. I used to just like Harry Potter and now I am obsessed with the series. (less)
