I've watched all the movies a thousand times and thought I'd be somewhat disengaged and bored if I read them since I already know the plot inside out, but I've just finished reading Philosopher's Stone and let me tell you... I thought I knew Harry Potter well, but I didn't until I read it. It captures so much more detail and I can't wait to finish reading the series!(less)
