What propels you Michelle to write one book after another? Do you find this to be challenging or do you just have fun and let whatever is to transpire come about?

Sorry for the late reply, I must have missed the notification for your question. Well, I love writing and always wanted it to be my career. In an ideal world I'd like to be able to spend 2-3 years on each book (my first took around 5 years to write and redraft and that time was crucial to its development).
However, the reality is that publishers want at least one book a year to keep you visible and continuing to grow your audience, which is especially relevant to children's authors as your audience grows up and moves on quickly. So I have deadlines to stick to which can be a challenge, but there's nothing else I'd rather be doing.

Do fey guardians have families (or a life of their own) that wait for them in the fey realm, or does being a guardian take up their entire lives? In the 13 Treasures series, I noticed that it seems like everyone but Tanya has a good relationship with their guardian. Would you say that that could be a factor in the rocky relationship between Gredin and Tanya?

You are one of my favorite writers !. I read your book - A Pinch Of Magic and it is honestly the best book I've ever read in my life. I am now planning to buy your next book in series and also excited to read the thirteen treasures after I finish this. Who is your favorite character in A Pinch Of Magic except the widdershin sisters ? Love you from your 11 year old fan !
