I just finished book 7 and it was phenomenal as always. I already can't wait for book 8 because I need to know what happens after that ending and that epilogue. My question is this: We've seen what reality is like in extreme chaos worlds, and the effect it has on high order beings. What is high order world like, on the extreme end of the spectrum and would it have an equivalent effect on Fae as chaos does to dragons?

Genevieve Cogman High order worlds would indeed have an equivalent effect on Fae as chaos does to dragons. Inability to use their inherent powers, severe malaise, ultimately collapse and death.
