I hated the ending - there was no ending.. such a build up all the way thru then nothing.... sorry, I don't know what the buzz was all about. Just didn't do anything for me.?

Nancyann I too would have liked to know what was going on in the outside world but the ending was true to the rest of the story. The characters don't know what…moreI too would have liked to know what was going on in the outside world but the ending was true to the rest of the story. The characters don't know what's happening, the reader is given a few side glimpses that things are not going well back in the city, our families still have no clue but are scared for their lives. I found the ending realistic. (less)
