Who are some of your favorite current authors? What are you currently reading?

Caragh M. O'Brien Elizabeth ~ I tend to read a lot of YA, so I'll list a few of my latest favorites. Belzhar by Meg Wolitzer and The Kiss of Deception by Mary Pearson I've just mentioned in another answer. For fantasy, I've enjoyed Marie Rutkoski's The Winner's Curse, and Leigh Bardugo's Shadow and Bone. For contemporary, I liked David Levithan's Every Day, Brendan Kiely's The Gospel of Winter, and Cammie McGovern's Say What You Will. For sci-fi, try Cecil Castellucci's Tin Star. An adult fantasy I've enjoyed lately is Mage's Blood by David Hair, and an adult historical fiction novel I liked is The Invention of Wings by Sue Monk Kidd. Just now, I'm reading Leah Cypess's Death Marked. I do love to read. Mmm.
