It does document the exper…moreNearly all the books about neurodiversity have been historically about men. Does this book focus on gender? I don't recall. It does document the experiences of women primarily and I can understand why that is.

However, it's time to stop thinking of women as the sensitive ones.

The book is relevant to men (and anyone who identifies any other way) who are highly sensitive even if it talks mainly about women. The author, as a woman herself, can relate to the difficulties women have had in being taken seriously in this male dominated world and so that's her perspective. It's a great book.(less)
