I have to think your question isn't posed in good faith. 98% of the literature and research on ADHD, Autism, and SPD is about men. This is one of a handful of books that was written for women; if you merely search any of those terms, you'll find books and articles all about men and ADHD, Autism, and SPD.

Nearly all the books about neurodiversity have been historically about men. Does this book focus on gender? I don't recall. It does document the experiences of women primarily and I can understand why that is.
However, it's time to stop thinking of women as the sensitive ones.
The book is relevant to men (and anyone who identifies any other way) who are highly sensitive even if it talks mainly about women. The author, as a woman herself, can relate to the difficulties women have had in being taken seriously in this male dominated world and so that's her perspective. It's a great book.

I was really hoping to find an answer to this same question. ( In good faith) I love this book and wanted to do a compare and contrast with a like book focusing on male subjects written by a male Neurodivergent. so if anybody in the last 3 years has found any or has any good suggestions I would love that.

I actually came here to ask the same question, as I am looking for a book for a neurodivergent male that will not appreciate reading a female-focused perspective. I can image OP's question is posed in good faith, as I was researching for the past hour online for a book just like this one (written by a neurodivergent, for neurodivergents) and I could not find anything that didn't also focus on gender.
Yes, there are many books about men and autism, but these men are either not in the spectrum themselves, or they write about politics, social changes, etc. - nothing useful as a guide about neurotypicals. A shame no one could help with further references.
