How do you get inspired to write?

Alana Tyson I find inspiration in big and small things. My family inspires me because you typically can expect to see a host of personalities right under your nose. Maybe a crazy aunt, or a spastic sister, or condescending dad, or dramatic mother....they're all right there, so use them! Weather also inspires me...fall windy days or rainy nights help me with settings and affect my mood. The environment can and should be a huge inspiration.
