Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Polly Phillips I got the idea from a friendship I had as a teenager! That said, it wasn't just that one friendship that made me want to write about toxicity between women; it was so many different relationships around me. While I'm lucky to have some really amazing friends, I also see women trying to put each other down and engage in one-upmanship over everything from their children to their exercise regimes. There seemed so much to write about!
