Anyone else not enjoy "Dune Messiah" as much as "Dune"? I'm not sure. Really I didn't understand the concept of jumping 12 years after the ending of "Dune". I didn't enjoy it nearly as much. I'm glad that others had a better experience than me. Anyone else experiencing these same feelings?

Readerofdune yes same with me...from my pov, frank did a good job in buiding a world in book 1 but after book 1 it seems his ideas became too ambitious to seem rea…moreyes same with me...from my pov, frank did a good job in buiding a world in book 1 but after book 1 it seems his ideas became too ambitious to seem realistic....even jessica was too absent from book 2 and played a very secondary character in third one, one of my fav. character(less)
