Exquisite corpse is also a surrealist art technique/parlor game, which is probably where both Brite and Bazterrica got their titles!

Before asking such a stupid question you might check if Brute's books are available in Argentina. You might also consider that other countries, particularly those that don't also speak English as a first language (most of the world), have their own rich literary, historical and cultural traditions to call on for inspiration and certainly don't rely on minor cult novelists from the USA for the wellsprings of their creativity.
Caro
I have listen reviews about this book from Argentina. The name is also based in a game for the kids. Is kind of a double meaning. Unfortunately I do not know who is Poppy Z. Brite novel, but I can say what it is explain about the book in their own country.

Can you expand on your question? Do you mean is it related to Exquisite Corpse? (Asking because I love Brite and I'm interested).
