Nicola Cornick Hi Sarah! Thanks so much for your question. It's really hard to choose a favourite character. I like my heroines Alison from The Phantom Tree and Lizzie in The Forgotten Sister because they are a bit spiky and difficult but really learn and change during the story and that resonates with me and hopefully other people too. I love all my Regency heroes :)

I usually get inspiration for my timeslip books from the amazing historical women I read about whose stories are often overlooked or lost in time. Also I visit some wonderful atmospheric places that inspire me.
