Julia There are a ton of inconsistencies in this book. And too many things to count that were just plain inaccurate. My favorite: allowing the defense attorney to walk around the crime scene and give her the opportunity to gather evidence there! And there was the part where the defense attorney demanded - and got to watch - a suspect interview. Did the author interview any attorneys before writing this?
I'm glad some people enjoyed this, but for me, the inaccuracies, inconsistencies and over the top poor writing was too much.

Stacey That is a good question and one I asked myself. He even touched her and wiped his "wet" hand on his pants. You would think there would be blood on his hand and pants but that was never mentioned. The only thing that I can think of is that maybe he was still a little out of it because of the Rohypnol ans Scotch?
