How did you come up with the title for Social Intercourse? And were there certain points during its making that was especially difficult to write?

Greg Howard Hello - Sorry for the delay. I don't really use Goodreads anymore. But - to answer your question, the title was one of those that came out of the blue. The publisher didn't like my original title "Somewhere In Between" so they asked me for a list of alternates. "Social Intercourse" just popped into my head and they loved it. I think they liked that it sounded a little provocative. I have to say - that book was a pure joy to write so I wouldn't say there were parts that were particularly difficult to write.
