Goodreads asked Nancy Rubin Stuart:

How do you deal with writer’s block?

Nancy Rubin Stuart It is true that sometimes a writer is tired after completing a long work. That probably means she or he should take some time to relax and become refreshed before beginning a new project.

Aside from that, a writer who finds her/himself feeling uninspired, may want to spend some time experimenting with new writing forms, styles or genres. Often the result of that casual experiment surprises the writer and leads him to discover new ways to proceed.
