I found that the map in the hard cover ‘A Longer Fall’ was essential to visualize the national and international situation in the first 2books....would it be possible to include a map in the paperbacks?? The mass market paperback of AN EASY DEATH does not have the map, but the trade paperback does, and it's much easier to read. I hope all the subsequent editions of all the Gunnie books will contain the map, though that's entirely up to my publisher.
