I don't think I have had a full on case of it where I couldn't write anything. I have had times where I did not feel like working on a particular book. I address it in two ways:
1. I will go back and start editing what I have written. Sometimes that is enough to get my motivation back.
2. I just take a break. If I can't write, I have plenty of other things to occupy my time.
