Andrew Rowe 1) "Seemingly random" means that Corin doesn't understand the parameters of how it functions, and thus, he doesn't have enough data to answer that question. That could be tested, though.
2) They'll discuss it, but I won't say who will or won't.
3) There's always a delay due to the amount of time it takes for the narrator to find time in his schedule and then record the book. It also takes time for the production company to do the necessary sound editing, setup, etc. We're trying to get this done faster, but it'll probably still be at least a few months for any given book, more likely around six.
