Diary of a Wimpy Kid was on my list of books to read for my Survey of Adolescent Literature course, and I absolutely loved it! I would like to know how are you able to write from a child's perspective, and for other children to read, while being an adult yourself?
That's great! I spent a lot of time just trying to remember what it was like to think like a kid. Oftentimes when adults write for children, they have a hidden agenda. Writing as Greg, I don't have an agenda. I'm just trying to tell funny stories in the guise of an authentic kid.
