There are many moments in the story that seem quite specific to English. Like when Asad says "post-dramatic stress" instead of "post-traumatic stress," and Carl corrects him. And there seem to be a lot of other moments where there are idioms used that I assumed were specific to English. Is this the result of some creative translating, or are English and Danish idioms really that similar?

In swedish it's called "posttraumatisk stress" and considering the similarities between the scandinavian languages i reckon it's the same in Danish..
