I'd go to Diagon Alley and buy everything I could get my hands on. Then I'd get the Hogwarts Express to Hogsmeade, load up on sweets in Honeydukes and have a few drinks in the Three Broomsticks. Then I would walk up to Hogwarts, spend the day exploring the secret passages and end it by joining a feast in the Great Hall!
