Can someone please explain the significance of the 911 call transcript at the end of the book? I suspect it was part of some climatic ending but it went over my head.

Initially, I had the same thoughts as others here but with more reflection wonder if the 911 call was made by the mother and she was planning to murder Arden/Olivia and this was part of how she was going to get away with it (hmm?) a head scratcher!
