Robert Hays Thank you for your generous words. My good fortune in meeting and getting to know and work with Oscar Koch clearly was a highlight of my life. He was an amazing man and I count myself privileged to have been associated with him and be of help, however modest, in getting his brilliant book on combat intelligence into print. My only regret is that we did not have more years together. And thank you, also, for your own service to our country.
