Writing several genres can be frowned upon. How do you manage promotion of each and juggle the different genres? As a multi-genre author myself - I have to be extra careful how I post & promote.

Robert Dugoni I think writers can be pigeon holed. I consider myself a writer. There are nuances to the genres, but the bottom line is to try to move the author emotionally on some level and to entertain them. Amazon publishing does my publishing and they are careful not to go to the thriller readers with my literary novels. They let those readers find my literary works if they so choose, but they don't want to mislead them into believing that the novel is a thriller when it isn't.
