Michelle Woods asked Lucinda Riley:

Hi Lucinda, I've gobbled up almost all of your books now, and absolutely love your writing style. One thing has been bugging me however: the subject of abortion is raised in many of your stories, but in a negative or regrettable way. As a self described feminist, what are your feelings on women's reproductive rights? Thanks, Michelle

Lucinda Riley Dear Michelle,
I'm so pleased you're enjoying my books, and I know they often tackle difficult subjects. I totally believe in a woman’s right to choose, however, I equally believe that abortion is one of the most difficult decisions a women will have to make and it is rarely without the aftermath of emotional ramification. It isn't a decision to be taken lightly, and that is reflected in the actions and feelings of my characters.
