Did anyone else notice when it said Duncan and Pete found Hannah stuck in the mud but then a few pages later it said it was Duncan and Femi? Or how Pete was suddenly referred to as 'Peter Ramsey' later in the book? I kept thinking those were intentional but it seems to me like editing errors - how were those missed??

I thought that it would be relevant to the story since the mixed up names were only a few pages apart and it was so annoying that it was just an editing mistake. It is driving me bonkers because I don't usually notice these small details and I was so proud of myself for catching it and thinking it'd be relevant!(less)
