Did anyone else notice when it said Duncan and Pete found Hannah stuck in the mud but then a few pages later it said it was Duncan and Femi? Or how Pete was suddenly referred to as 'Peter Ramsey' later in the book? I kept thinking those were intentional but it seems to me like editing errors - how were those missed??

I did notice this and thought surely that would be an important tidbit later, but it wasn’t.
