Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Colin Emms I love visiting castles and exploring the history, the suits of armour, the weaponry. I always wondered what it would be like to go back in time to see the castles and knights in all their glory. I almost felt like I was travelling back with my main character, getting 'lost' in the past as I developed each chapter. And I loved doing the research. It inspired me to tell the story.
