It says in the author's note that the Astor Tunnels/Crystal Pavilion really exist but under a different name. What are the real names of these tunnels/subway systems?

The one shown in the link is the station under City Hall, there are other stations along with that level that was built for the elite use solely that were to be used as an alternative means to go to the northern areas of Westchester County probably as the rail lines were laid to go past Yonkers. They were not intended for travel within Manhattan. These were very exclusive stations not for the general public.(less)
