Are there any places in particular that inspire your settings?

Caroline Clemens Definitely, I would say the Caribbean has inspired my love of islands and their uniqueness from the inhabitants to the food and even the style of architecture. My grandmother lived on an island and I spent many summers there, somewhat like a Robinson Crusoe or Gulliver's Travels type setting. Farming, cattle and fishing were part of that experience also. Choosing a vineyard seemed like a wonderful idea as I've been to so many of those in California and Georgia. The romanticist in myself would love to nurture a vineyard. Thank you for the question.
