I'm just asking for opinions, but is the OCD portrayed in this book a little bit over-exaggerated????

Apparently, real OCD is having overwhelming thoughts all the time, not just occasionally (like how it is in this book). But, some of it is realistic, like how without her medication, Sam could only get a couple hours of sleep every night because she's just thinking. (less)
