Robert Dugoni I grew up reading John Irving and Patrick Conroy. I loved A Prayer for Owen Meaney as a young man, not so much when I read it a second time. Still good, just noticed more of the politics. The World According to Garp was also interesting. I'm a big fan of Lonesome Dove and The Green Mile. More recently, I can't say I have favorites. I just love to read a good book, any genre.
