Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Aaron N. Hall Hammerfist was inspired by the slew of Marvel movies we've experienced over the last decade. Honestly, I'm a huge nerd that's always loved superheroes, but after so many years of superhero movies I kind of had this feeling like, "Alright, we get it." So I decided to write a book that was a little self-aware of the inherent absurdity of superhero origin stories. The project turned out to be a lot of fun.
