Spoiler alert: If Will and Jules had been together long enough to become engaged, wouldn’t he have been to her flat at least once and instantly recognized it as the same place where he had been with “Bella?” How did he not know Jules was related to “Bella” until the time they all were meeting for drinks - AFTER they’d gotten engaged?

I just think he didn't think there'd be a consequence for dumping one and taking up with the other. Will doesn't think things through, he thinks he's above consequences and/or that he'll be released from them with his lies, appeal, and looks. He believes he is has the right to do this, he creates his own reality, and is shocked (or stumbles a little) when faced with a different reality. (less)
