Spoiler alert: If Will and Jules had been together long enough to become engaged, wouldn’t he have been to her flat at least once and instantly recognized it as the same place where he had been with “Bella?” How did he not know Jules was related to “Bella” until the time they all were meeting for drinks - AFTER they’d gotten engaged?

I think when it's said she didn't take him "home" until she got the ring it means home to meet her family not her house.(less)
