I was struggling with my own mental health durring my read of this book. I had to put it down several times to gather myself. I related to how she the character was feeling however as an adult I know where to go for help. 18665732879 is the national susisde pervention 24/7 hotline if your friend feels unsafe. You can call as well if your concerned for your friends saftey. I think this should have been included in the book in the beginning.
